Privacy & IP
At Pletor, we are committed to protecting your data. Whether you share personal data or creative inputs through our platform, we treat all your data with the highest standards of transparency, privacy, and security.
For the purpose of this policy, “data” refers to both personal data (e.g., images, emails, names) and non-personal data entered into prompts, workflows, or other inputs when using our platform.
We comply with applicable regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and France’s data protection law (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
Here’s an overview of your rights regarding Outputs created through Pletor and how we manage your data.
Intellectual property on Outputs
Your Outputs, your rights
You own all outputs created through your agents on Pletor. You may use, edit, and distribute them for both personal and commercial purposes, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
Promotional use
With your consent, we may showcase certain outputs for promotional or marketing purposes (e.g., in case studies or on our website). We will always ask for your approval before doing so.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your inputs (e.g., images, text, data) do not infringe on third-party rights. Pletor is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property issues arising from your use of the platform.
To reduce potential risks, we encourage the following practices:
Ensure you have the rights to all inputs used across generations
Avoid prompts that reference specific artists, styles, or movements.
Consider post-editing images to further safeguard against infringement issues.
Transparency & traceability
We maintain a detailed record of all actions leading to output generation. This helps demonstrate the creative process in case of any disputes.
Data practices & commitments
No training on your data
We do not use your inputs, outputs, or workflows to train any models, unless you give explicit opt-in consent (for example, when building custom or private fine-tuned models).
Improving our service
We may use aggregated, anonymized metadata (such as workflow statistics and usage trends) to improve our platform. This never includes your content or identifiable data.
No unauthorized sharing
We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties. Only authorized personnel and trusted service providers may access your data for legitimate purposes.
Limited use & retention
We collect and use your data only for specific, intended purposes (such as providing and improving our services) and retain it only as long as necessary, in line with applicable laws.
