Where do I find my invoices?

Open Billing settings. Past invoices and receipts are listed there, downloadable as PDF.

How do credits work?

Credits work as a prepaid balance: every run consumes credits, based on the models it uses.

Your current balance and usage are shown in Billing settings.

Do credits expire?

It depends on your plan and credit types.

• Monthly credits expire: unused monthly credits expire after a set time (depending on the plan). "Use it or lose it."

• Top-up credits never expire: these stay until used.

How do I buy more credits or change plan?

Once you have a paid plan, you can top up anytime.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Billing settings, and click "Manage plan". You will then be able to change your payment details.
